Autumn Syndicate was formed in New Britain, Connecticut, formally named Lies of Autumn. The band had played many shows with various lineups over the years, writing a large back-catalog of music. The band was formed by Juan Berrios and Julian Bennett, later adding Matt Balogh on drums in 2015 (initially on bass).
The 4-Piece became complete when Scott George joined on bass in 2023, filling in an almost 6 year gap without an active bass player.
2025 marked the year of the band's first full-length album, Ocean Blue.
